The little black dress went to Chopin and Schumann, with accents of pink and heels of black.   Then classical guitar at a garden party, beyond the mansion in the back.   It took me to stomp out some country, with boots of red and a jacket of blue.   It was there with me in San Diego, at No Doubt with Blink 182.   It hung with cool cats of big band, elegant and retro.   Then a festival with flowers in my hair, dancing in the meadow.   Add a cardigan and tutu, for Lowest of the Low....

I was a little concerned about this cocktail having so many ingredients as I don't  normally drink cocktails that contain a mixture of liquors, but I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the Miami Beach Iced Tea. The mix of subtle sweetness of the simple syrup combined with the tartness of the lemon juice makes this drink go down very easy and you will be wanting seconds. It's an interesting variation on the traditional Long Island Iced Tea with the color reminding me of the waters of South Beach. Oh to be laying on a beach right now. Sigh.......

There is something wonderful about spiced rum and ginger beer together. The Kraken Storm cocktail equals a perfect storm of taste in your mouth.
