Returns

Note: that any policy is subject to change without notice. Please read and understand these policies. If you have questions let us know before purchasing. By placing an order you are agreeing to our policies. If you think our policies are unfair, please do not place an order.

We hope you love your purchase, but if not you may make a return within 30 days on most items.

Some items cannot be returned

Vintage Collection, lingerie, makeup, hair products, socks, pantyhose, tights, crinolines, and items by Barbie K are not returnable.

Items on sale purchased with an additional discount coupon (ex. sale item, plus 10% off coupon) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit and not a refund.

We do not do exchanges

We cannot do exchanges through our web store. If you would like a different item, simply purchase the item in our web store, and return the unwanted item as per our normal return policy. Once we receive your return we will credit your original form of payment (which is sort of like an exchange!)

Certain restrictions and conditions apply. All returns:

  • Must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase.
    After 30 days all items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns received more thanĀ 30 days after purchase will not be accepted under any circumstance.
  • Must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition.
    Examples of things that make an item un-returnable: pet hair, smoke smell or body odors, deodorant/lotion/make-up marks.
    Please review your item before returning it -- if it does not look like it could go right back on the rack, please donā€™t send it back.
  • Must have all original tags attached.
  • Original packing slip must be included returned with item.
  • Items should be placed in a clean plastic bag, and shipped in a suitable box.
  • MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER.
    Returns without RA numbers will not be accepted.

Refunds

We issue refunds for qualified returns within 10 business days of receiving the return (sometimes faster). Refunds for eligible returns are credited back to the original form of payment.

Note that it may take up to 10 additional business days after we issue a refund for your account to show your credit. Unfortunately the credit card companies do not work too quickly!

Original shipping cost (and tax on shipping) is not refundable.

Defective merchandise

We HAND PACK and check all merchandise before it sends out, so we guarantee your order will be correctly packaged. In the unlikely event of damaged merchandise, please photograph the package and defective item, andĀ contact us here before you submit for an RMA. We will then determine the best course of action.

Store credit

Store credit issued for the web-store:

  • may be used on any purchase in the web-store.
  • cannot be used towards shipping costs on new purchases.
  • cannot be combined with other coupon codes in our web store.
  • expires within 1 year of being issued.

Effective 9/10/2012 store credit issued through the web store expires within 1 year of being issued. Store credits issued previous to this date do not expire.
