Orders will usually ship by the next business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is packed for shipment. If you did not receive an email confirmation, there may be a problem -- the order did not go thru, you entered your email incorrectly, or your spam filter is catching the email -- please contact us right away.
Shipping from Cats Like Us is through USPS (U.S. Postal Service.)
Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. BOX. All shipments are tracked. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost after they are delivered.
For purchases shipped to New York State, shipping is taxed. Tax on shipping is not refundable.
Please provide all information requested. We require your real First and Last name in order to ship. Orders with only a company name for shipping cannot be completed and we will contact you for first/last name in order to complete your shipment, which will delay shipment of your order.

We ship to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We do not ship to the EU or Great Britain at this time.

Free priority shipping is offered to US destinations, for orders over $150, after any other discounts are applied. For example: cart total $175 - $15 coupon = $160 total is eligible. However cart total $155 - $10 coupon = $145 total is not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping via Priority is usually 2-3 business days to US addresses. Note that priority delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping for priority shipment that goes longer than 3 days. If you need guaranteed delivery to a US address, choose EXPRESS.
Shipping via Express to US addresses is 1-2 business day guaranteed delivery. If delivery takes longer than 1-2 business days, we can have shipping fees refunded.
Shipping via International Priority (to any international destination) can take 6-10 business days AT MINIMUM, and may take longer. First class takes a minimum of 10 business days, and may take longer. Note that this may not include any time at customs. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Customs may delay international shipments up to 30 days.
Shipments to ALL countries are fully and accurately declared as to contents and value of the items. Please do not ask us to inaccurately declare value or contents. Cats Like Us does not collect/remit any taxes on sales to Canada, Australia or European Countries so it is the addressee's responsibility to pay any and all taxes, VAT, etc. that might be applicable. Any additional fees due to customs, provincial and national taxes beyond the original cost of shipping are the responsibility of the addressee. In-store pickup is available to local addresses free (Western New York, USA.) If you would like to pickup your purchases from our store simply choose "In-Store Pickup" for the shipping option during the checkout process. We will email you once the order is ready for pickup, usually within one business day.
Please pick up your orders! In-store pickup orders that are not picked up within 60 days will be treated as abandoned orders and are ineligible for refund of any kind.
Over 10+ years we have had only a few packages lost. On occasion a shipment will be delayed, but it almost always turns up!
If your package is lost please contact us and we will do everything we can to help locate your shipment. We will consider a shipment lost after USPS tracking cannot locate it for more than 30 days. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund for lost shipments. Any eligible refunds will be made to the original form of payment for that purchase. Shipping cost is not refundable.
Note that once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address and it is scanned, and considered delivered. If it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it may still be considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen after they are delivered.
