Please note that certain heavy or fragile items, such as tiki mugs and Barbie K chalkware costs extra to ship, are not eligible for free shipping, and are only available to ship to US destinations.

We know you want your order right away, so we work hard to get it out the door right away!

Orders will ship within 5 business days. We do not ship on holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is packed for shipment. If you did not receive an email confirmation, there may be a problem -- the order did not go through, you entered your email incorrectly, or your spam filter is catching the email -- please contact us right away.

All shipping from Cats Like Us is through USPS (U.S. Postal Service.) Please ensure USPS will deliver to your address before ordering.

Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. BOX. All shipments are tracked. Once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost after they are delivered.

For purchases shipped to New York State, shipping is taxed.

Shipping, and tax on shipping is not refundable.

Please provide all information requested. We require your real First and Last name in order to ship. Orders with only a company name for shipping cannot be completed and we will contact you for first/last name in order to complete your shipment, which will delay shipment of your order.

Shipping - Heavy Items

Note that certain heavy or fragile items, such as tiki mugs and Barbie K chalkware, costs extra to ship, are not eligible for free shipping, and are only available to ship to US destinations.

Free Shipping

Free priority shipping is offered to US destinations, for orders over $150, after any other discounts are applied.  For example: cart total $175 - $15 coupon = $160 total is eligible. However cart total $155 - $10 coupon = $145 total is not eligible for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Shipping via Priority is usually 2-3 business days to US addresses. Note that priority delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping for priority shipments that take longer than 3 days.

Shipping via International Priority (to any international destination) can take 6-10 business days AT MINIMUM, and may take longer. Note that this may not include any time at customs. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Customs and Taxes

Customs may delay international shipments up to 30 days.

Shipments to ALL countries are fully and accurately declared as to contents and value of the items. Please do not ask us to inaccurately declare value or contents. Cats Like Us does not collect/remit any taxes on sales to Canada, Australia or European Countries so it is the addressee's responsibility to pay any and all taxes, VAT, etc. that might be applicable. Any additional fees due to customs, provincial and national taxes beyond the original cost of shipping are the responsibility of the addressee. Lost items

Over 13+ years and thousands of orders we have had only a handful of packages lost. On occasion a shipment will be delayed, but it almost always turns up!

If your package is lost please contact us and we will do everything we can to help locate your shipment. We will consider a shipment lost after USPS tracking cannot locate it for more than 30 days.  We may, at our discretion, offer a refund for lost shipments. Any eligible refunds will be made to the original form of payment for that purchase.

Note that once USPS delivers a package to the delivery address and it is scanned, and considered delivered. If it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it may still be considered delivered. Check with your neighbors and post office. We cannot take responsibility for packages stolen after they are delivered.
