Are your clothing measurements accurate?
YES, our measurements are accurate, because we measure all garments ourselves. You may see some difference in our measurements and the manufacturer's measurement charts. We measure garments flat and un-stretched, then double the measurement.

What does "OSFM" mean?
You are out of a size or style. Will you be restocking it?
We usually can't re-order items since we order very far in advance and some items are made to order. Be sure to connect with us to be notified of restocks and new items!
Can I enter more than one coupon code during checkout?
No, you can only enter 1 coupon code during checkout. But remember: orders over $150 (after discounts) ship free to US addresses!
Do you have a specific item I am looking for?
I was shopping and placed an item in my cart, but left and now I can't place it in my cart.

My gift card isn't working in the on-line store
Be sure to enter the code in carefully (upper/lowercase matters!)
Note that Gift cards purchased in our boutique store in Tonawanda will not automatically work online.

How much does it cost to ship?
It depends on where it is being shipped to! Please see our full shipping policy here.
Did you receive my on-line order?
Can I do In Store Pickup?
Yes!
Just choose In Store Pickup for your shipping option when ordering.
How can I track my online order?

I paid for express delivery but the tracking says it is 2 day delivery?
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days.
Orders to the US will take 2-3 days (USPS Priority) or 1-2 days (Express, guaranteed) to be delivered.
Orders to CA or AUS will take at least 6 days (International priority) or at least 10 days (first class) to be delivered. This does not account for customs, which can further delay shipments, unfortunately.

Do you take returns?
Yes, but there are restrictions.
Most new and retro items may be returned in new condition within 30 days.
Vintage, handmade items, and sale items purchased with an additional discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you have any questions, please ask befrore purchasing.
How do I make a return?
When will my return be credited, and how will I be refunded?
If I purchase an item on sale, can I return it?
Do you do exchanges?
We currently do not do exchanges. If you have made a purchase, and need to make an exchange, simply purchase the new item on our website. To return the unwanted item, make a return as per our policy here.
When we receive your qualified return we refund back to your original form of payment. You can read our full return policy here.

What is vintage clothing?
"Vintage" clothing is clothing that is more than 20 years old.
Note that vintage can be used/worn, or still new. Vintage that is new with tags attached and never worn is called "dead stock".

Yes, we do take vintage...
Please consider donating your vintage to us. We are a small business, and your gift helps us greatly! If you are local, we may be able to come to you. (Note that donating vintage is not tax-deductible.) If you do not want to donate the items, we do occasionally buy vintage.
Please note that we buy at low prices. Not all vintage is actually valuable or will sell in a timely manner, so we plan on keeping it a very long time. Also we process, clean, and repair all our vintage items. Please remember you are supporting a small business. If you want top dollar from your items, we suggest the following venues for selling vintage clothing:
If you have vintage, please read the following before contacting us:
- You must be local (Western New York area). We cannot accept vintage via shipment. It is very difficult to determine if we can accept your vintage sight unseen.
- The Items must be from 1940s, 1950s, or 1960s. (Possibly 1970s or 1980s if they are reproductions of an earlier time period.)
- The items must be in good condition (see chart here).
- The items must be clean. No musty smells, mold, stains, etc.
- The waist measurement needs to be larger than 25".
- NO furs or coats.

- Women's dresses, tops, blouses, bottoms, skirts, sweaters
- Men's shirts, jackets
- Hats, purses, wallets, jewelry (costume and novelty)
Sorry we do NOT take...
- Shoes, wedding dresses, prom dresses, coats, leather, or furs.

Do you wholesale your products?
No, we do not wholesale our products at this time. You can connect with us here for future announcements about selling wholesale.
Can you lend clothes for my event or photo-shoot?
Sorry, no, we do not lend clothes out.
Do you give donations?
We donate to certain local (Western New York) charities and events. If you would like to apply for a donation, please fill out this form.
How can I sell my items in your store?
We are always looking for new items to sell retro style items in the store. If you think yours is a good fit, please fill out this form.
Does Cats Like Us make all the clothes?
What is retro clothing?
Retro is new clothing in classic styles, often updated just a little. They usually fit and wear better than true vintage due to modern sizing and fabrics. Read more about retro style in our retro style section here
