When your boss gifts you with some new and exciting rum, you know you better come up with something delicious. This week I put together something that I hope you'll enjoy and I'm calling it the P and C POM Pop! I named the drink after the ingredients that I used and since the cocktail went straight to my head, I think that's all the creativity my ol' noodle is gonna to spit out.
This drink recipe is starring a new Bacardi product, Pineapple Fusion, it's pineapple rum infused with coconut. Mmmmmmm, perfect for the first day of summer!
Ingredients:
2 oz. Bacardi Pineapple Fusion rum
1 oz. Pom Wonderful juice (or 100% pomegranate juice)
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Juice of half a lime
Method:
Shake all ingredients in a ice filled cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a ice-filled; coconut, pineapple or whatever drinking vessel your little heart deserves. If you're feeling fancy, add a drink umbrella or two...or ten, I won't tell. *Wink*
