1940s Blue Cherry Print Dress
This is a definitive 1940s dress, and it has cherries! It's blue with a gathered collar, 3/4 length sleeves, gathered hips with an asymmetrical ruffle down the skirt, hook and eye closure on the side seam. It's in excellent condition, missing belt, faded spot on skirt. Fabric is blue with white cherries throughout. The Bust measures 44 inches, Waist 36 inches, 43 inch Hips, Full Length is 44 inches. (More measurements in pictures.) Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 42 inches, Waist 32 inches, Hips 43 1/2 inches. No stretch. Feels like cold rayon. Labeled "Original Perfect Dress New York".
