The skirt has a 1 1/2 inch waist band, back zipper and is shown without and without a crinoline (for fullness), but does not come with one. The skirt is perfect for chilly days as it's 90% Acrylic 10% Wool. Machine wash in cold on gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Made in the USA.
