It features short tulip sleeves, colorful flowers in red, yellow, green, blue, and pink with soft blue butterflies fluttering along the bodice, all on a black background. It has a flattering sweetheart neckline, full skirt, center back zipper, and POCKETS! Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. Shown with and without a crinoline, sold separately. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an XS. It's made of 100% cotton, no stretch, so check the measurements carefully.
