Perfect for the American history buff! This is an oblong navy blue, red, and white scarf with autographs of the Presidents, Washington to Clinton. It measures about 51 inches wide by 10 inches, signed "Millicent", tag reads “T&M Designers, 100% polyester, Machine wash, Made in Italy”. It's in very good condition from the 1990s, small spot near edge. Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE item and cannot be returned.
