Coventry Plain & Fancy Earrings
These wonderful earrings from Sarah Coventry date from about 1958-1962 and are from the "Plain and Fancy" Collection. They were marketed as "unusual and striking. A masterpiece of design and craftsmanship as different looking as it is daring and as striking as it is distinctive. The brilliance and use of two tones is a new and daring technique developed for your admiration and can be worn with either PLAIN or FANCYclothes." They are gold and silver leaves with a gold scrolling vintage and silver leaves that are textured, made to look like encrusted diamonds with gold clip backs. Signed "SC", 1 1/2 inches long, and they are in excellent condition. This is an authentic vintage set in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE item and cannot be returned.
