Scott McClintock Vintage 80s does Edwardian Skirt Set
This Edwardian inspired vintage 1980s skirt set holds on to the core romantic elements with an update. Designed by Scott McClintock, son of Jessica McClintock, maker of the now famous ethereal Gunne Sax label, this set features a pleated lined skirt with a princess waistband, lace detailing, and zipper at the back, the top has short puff sleeves with lace panels and shoulder pads, pleating down the front, a sheer lace collar that buttons at the back. The fabric is powder blue with white lace. I would date this early 1980s. It's labeled "Scott McClintock, lace 100% polyester, shell 100% cotton, handwash cold, Made in the USA". It's in very good condition, faded spots on skirt that wouldn't come out, not too noticeable because of the pleating, small faded spot on the back of one sleeve, extremely minor yellowing at the collar. Bust 38 inches (but there's no stretch and only the back collar unbuttons, so it would be best for a small bust size) Waist 26 inches, Hip 48 inches. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take into consideration when looking at size.
