It's a cuffed short sleeve button down shirt with blue and pink flowers on a tan and white leaf pattern. Wear it tied at the waist, tucked in, or just out, it can compliment any look! The bust measures 41 inches, waist 40 inches. It's labeled "The Petite Concept by Devon" and it's in excellent vintage condition. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
