80s does 1940s Vintage Striped Dress

This is a 1980s does a 1940s Vintage Dress. It would look great with a big brimmed hat, gloves and a clutch. The fabric is blue and white horizontal striped cotton. It features short raglan sleeves, a square neck, elastic waist, and matching fabric belt. It just goes on over your head. The label reads "Lot 12, Lady Carol Petites of New York, hand or machine wash." It's in good condition, overall fabric fade. It measures Bust 36" Waist 24-32" Hip 50". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
