80s does 1940s Pleated Blouse

This blouse sure makes a statement! Great for wearing on it's own or layering under a jumper it's white with buttons down the front, and a pleated ruffle. The bust measures 38 inches, waist 35 inches. It's labeled "Stuffed Shirt", feels like polyester, excellent condition. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
