It features a rounded keyhole collar, and the print is white with green, blue, purple, and tan, pointillist flowers throughout, it even has the matching belt! It just pulls over, no worrying about buttons or zippers! It's labeled "machine washable", feels like lightweight polyester. It's in very good vintage condition, armpit discoloration. It measures Bust 36-40"max, Waist 29", Hip full. Shown with and without a crinoline, sold separately.
