70s does 1940s Gray Blouse

The perfect neutral blouse to go with everything, it's a sheer gray pleated peplum blouse! It is long sleeve with buttons at the cuffs, shirt collar, elasticized waist, and it buttons down the front. It's labeled, "Malbe" with a union label. In near excellent condition, minor faded spot on shoulder. The Bust measures 38in and 25-38in Waist. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
