1980s Striped Secretary Dress

This is a 1980s silk-y striped secretary dress, perfect for many occasions! It features an attached tie collar, puff shoulders, asymmetrical buttons on the bodice, an elastic waist, buttons at the wrist cuffs, and blue belt. The fabric feels like polyester in blue, green, teal, red, and yellow, stripes. The label is "David Warren New York, hand wash" and it's in excellent condition, belt not original, but will come with dress. The bust measures 36 inches, waist 24-32 inches, hip 43 inches, length 43 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring B 36", W 25", H 36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
