1970s Vintage White & Tan Striped Shirt
Here's a classic western shirt from the late 1970s. This is a men's long sleeve western button down shirt. It has two chest pockets on the front and all the original snaps. The yokes are plain so you can add patches and make it your own! It's labeled "HbarC Ranchwear, Permanent Press, 100% Polyester". HBarC focused on the western market, and started to grow internationally. In 1939 they moved to California to open the Los Angeles office and established the Hollywood arm of the brand. As a maker of authentic western wear, and the popularity of western movies, many movies began to use HBarC. Catering to the Hollywood elite, HBarC supplied clothes for western movies clothing the likes of Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, John Wayne, Elvis Presley, John Travolta to name only a few. They were in production until about 1996, then took a hiatus and came back to manufacturing in 2016. This shirt is in good condition, snap scuffs, small spot on front, yellowed collar. The chest measures 52 inches, shoulders 20 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
