1970s Vintage Lime Western Shirt
Here's a classic western shirt from the 1970s. This is a men's vintage cotton lightweight long sleeve western button down shirt. It has two chest pockets on the front with unusual off center flaps, all the original snaps, and fun wrist snaps! The yokes are plain, so you can add patches to them to make it your own! It's labeled "Tru West Rockmount Ranch Wear Denver, CO, custom fitted", fabric feels like cotton, machine washable. Jack A. Weil “Papa Jack” founded Rockmount Ranch Wear in 1946. He was the oldest CEO in the world, working daily until age 107. Papa Jack made the first Western shirts with snaps and was key to popularizing Western fashion. He was also the first to commercialize bolo ties too. This shirt is in good condition, minor discoloration to the fabric on the inside collar, stitching coming undone on the back. The chest measures 48 inches, shoulders 18 1/2 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do no have stretch, so please take into consideration when looking at size.
