1970s Vintage Blue Tiered Skirt

Here's a classic country look that never goes out of style! This skirt is an easy to wear vintage style with an elastic waist and tiered sky blue, denim, and dark blue style with a ruffled hem. It's waist measures 36-46 inches, length 25 inches. Labeled "Machine washable", feels like cotton. Comes with a matching dark blue polka dot neck tie for you or your partner that measures 45 inches. The skirt is in very good condition, small rust spot near waist. This is an authentic piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
