It's a late 1970s blouse with long sleeves, all the original buttons down the front, and buttons at the ruffled collar and cuffs, ruffle part way down the front, and gathered shoulders. The pattern is pink, tan, olive green, bright blue, and raspberry plaid. Perfect for layering. Labeled "Filice, 65% polyester, 35% cotton, made in Korea, machine washable, 16 ". In excellent vintage condition. The Bust measures 43in and 41in Waist. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
