Vintage 1970s Navy Ruffle Dress

This is a vintage 1970s navy secretary ruffle dress. It has a high ruffle collar, buttons down the bodice, an elastic waist, buttons at the ruffle wrist cuffs, pockets and the original matching belt. The label is "Tanner" and it's in excellent condition with the original tag, waist hook needs to be reattached. The bust measures 36inches, waist 24-30inches, hip 42inches. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
