1960s Yellow Velvet & Straw Hat

This is the most cheerful hat ever! It's almost a boater shape with attached folded straw all over and a matching yellow velvet bow in the front. It's in very good vintage condition, some small spots on the velvet, tiny holes from a hat pin. Measures about 22inches around the inside. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
