Here's a true fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features white flowers in the back and a large light turquoise chiffon flower with attached matching netting. It's in very good vintage condition, one petal needs to be attached to the netting, not noticeable. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
