Here's a true fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features small navy velvet bows with attached netting that has plush dots and ovals throughout. It's in very good vintage condition, minor tear in netting at top. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
