Here's a true vintage fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features small black and white half moon shapes on one side. It's in good vintage condition, some of the moons are discolored and may have been reglued on. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
