Here's a sophisticated hat! It's black with an ivory band and matching netting topped with velvet rhinestone bows. It's in very good vintage condition, the ivory part is discolored and can use a cleaning. Measures about 21 inches around the inside. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
