This is the perfect navy blue velvet hat from the 1950s. It's a simple design with an attached netting in the front. It is in excellent condition, measures about 21 1/2 inches around the inside, labeled "George Wilmont Dimmers, Buffalo". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
