Vintage 1940s Blue Velvet Bias Dress

"She wore blue velvet..." hey that could be you, in this dress! It's a vintage 1940s a-line with short flutter sleeves, a rounded Peter Pan collar, a rhinestone flanked zipper half way down the front with a rhinestone crusted silver ball pull, and a small side metal zipper. It is labeled "Opera Martinized Velvets". The Bust measures 38 in max, Waist 26 in., Hips 44 in., but the dress is cut at the bias and meant to be loose, so someone with smaller measurements would fit it fine.It is in excellent condition, repairs done at the waist, not very noticeable. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
