1970s Lodenfrey Austrian Wool Skirt Suit
Ready for a great mix and match skirt set?
This is a solid colored charcoal gray two piece jacket and skirt from the late 1970s/ early 1980s. The jacket is long sleeve, with faux pockets, mandarin green collar with matching turned-out lapel that's embroidered with bone? buttons, matching round buttons on the front, and the skirt has an inverted front kick pleat with back center zipper and button. Both pieces are fully lined and beautifully made. It is in excellent condition, seems unworn. Label reads "Frey Lodenfrey, 100% wool, lining viscose, Made in Austria". The bust of the jacket closed measures 42 inches, Shoulder seam to shoulder seam 17 1/2 inches, the skirt waist 37 inches, and hips 46 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 42 inches, Waist 31 inches, Hip 43 1/2 inches. Skirt clipped at the waist to fit the dress form. This is an authentic vintage set in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
