1940s Sexy Black Floral Peplum Dress

Here's a sexy 1940s dress with all the perfect details! It's a black floral with gathers at the shoulders, short sleeves, small shoulder pads, a sexy v-neck, layered fabric hip peplum with asymmetrical drape, and original belt. It's in very good condition, armpit discoloration, bet loop unstitched. Still presents beautifully, hard to tell with the busy print. Fabric is black with pink, blue, yellow, gray, and white floral. The Bust measures 43 inches, Waist 34 inches, 43 inch Hips, Full Length is 46 inches. (More measurements in pictures.) Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 36 inches, Waist 25 inches, Hips 36 inches. No stretch. No zipper or buttons, goes on over the head so your measurements need to be smaller than what is listed. Tag inside is worn out, feels like cold rayon.
