1950s Clowns & Horses Skirt

Here's a classic skirt that's completely the 1950s style and very rare! This is a vintage sky blue gathered skirt from the 1950s with charming childlike drawings of clowns and horses around the border in black. Reminiscent of Hans Moller designs. It has a waistband with two hooks and snaps. Skirt is likely store bought from the 1950s, and print and snaps were added later. Unlabeled, feels like cotton, very good condition, some faded yellowing on the front in three spots. The Waist measures 25 inches, but hooks can be moved over 1 1/2 inches to make it bigger, Hip 50 inches, Length 28 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring B33 1/2" W21 1/2" H34". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
