1940s Vase Print Novelty Dress

This is a gorgeous 1940s novelty print dress, in a classic shape! It's an abstract vase print in lime green, turquoise, black, and light gray on an off white background. The style is a classic 1940s with capped sleeves, V-neck, fitted waist, gathered A-line skirt, with side metal zipper and belt. Unlabeled, it's in good condition for it's age, bust repair on the seam (can be hidden with a brooch), and stress all the way around waist seams with small runs in the fabric near waist (can be hidden by a wide belt), minor color bleed throughout from the black, belt not original. Fabric feels like rayon. The Bust measures 36 inches, 26 inch Waist, 42 inch Hips, 42 inch Length. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 33 1/2 inches, Waist 21 1/2 inches, Hips 34 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
