Here's a beautiful textured vintage black velvet hat from the late 1950s. It's made of super soft black velvet and embellished with pearls and beads on the front. It's in excellent vintage condition. It measures 21.5 inches around the inside, unlabeled. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
