80s does 60s Black Velvet Skirt
Look no further to find that basic black skirt! This is a simple black velvet pull on style straight skirt. It is labeled "Miss Accent Act III, dry clean". Excellent vintage condition. The Waist is elastic and measures 26-32 inches, Hip 46in. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
