Vintage 1950s Ice Blue Swirls Dress

This vintage 1950s ice blue swirls dress is stunning! The top has little cap sleeves, with a velvet band at the empire waist that ties in the back and has a blue rhinestone detail on the front, a fitted waist, gathered hips, and a metal side zipper. The bust measures 32 inches, waist 26 inches, and hip full. Labeled "SemiteeN Fashion", excellent condition. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage clothing in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
