Vintage 1940s Black Velvet Collar Dress

Looking for that black vintage velvet statement dress? This dress is a 1940s rich velvet A-line with a large collar in the front, shoulder pads, large rhinestone decorations on the bodice, an inverted pleat on the skirt in the front, and it has the original belt! It is labeled "Miss Mrs". The Bust measures 43 in max, Waist 34 in max, Hips 42 in. Clipped smaller to fit the mannequin. Very small side metal zipper, so it would be fit smaller measurements. It is in excellent condition, belt loops torn. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items.
