This Siamese Cat Halter Dress is a classic style in a updated kitty print! The navy and white cats really show off against a green background. It features an adjustable navy halter tie, navy trim with a bow at the bust, light padding in the bust, a covered center back zipper, elastic along the top back for a good fit, a very full skirt and POCKETS! Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an S. It's made of soft, durable and stretchy 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Dry clean only. Made in the USA. Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness but doesn't come with one.
