This Bettie Art Deco Dress has taken inspiration from the 1920s. It's a black fit and flare shape with art deco fan printed 3/4 length sleeves that have a functional button cuff, and a built in scarf collar that can be tied in a bow or to hang. It even has pockets! Add some gloves and a hat and it's perfect! The black part of the dress is 65% Viscose, 30% Nylon, 5% Elastane, and the printed part is 100% polyester. Machine wash cold inside out on delicate with like colors, hang dry. Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing a S.
