1980s Vintage Black Polka Dot Top

This is a classic vintage 1980s peasant top to go with everything! It's black and white polka dot with large short elasticized ruffle puff sleeves, ruffle v-neck collar with decorative bow, and zipper almost all the way down the back, it comes with the matching black neck tie for you or your partner. Tie measures 45 inches long. The bust measures 42 inches, waist 44 inches. Labeled "Partners Please Malco Modes, Made in the USA, 65% polyester 35% cotton", excellent condition. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
