80s does 1950s Abstract Vintage Skirt

This 80s does 50s skirt reminds me of the abstract artists! The fabric is black, white, blue, brown, purple and green, in all kids of over lapping shapes. It has a gathered waist and two buttons at the side. It's in excellent condition. Labeled "F. Shay Inc, Made in the USA, machine washable", feels like a cotton poly blend. The Waist measures 30 inches, but the waist buttons can be moved in or out about 3 inches. Shown clipped tigther to fit the mannequin. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
