1980s Ruffle Cha Cha Dress

This Floral Cha Cha Wiggle Dress will have all eyes on you! It's from the 1980s and features spaghetti straps, V-neckline, ruched bodice in the front and back, asymmetrical layered ruffle skirt with rosette on the hip, and center nylon back zipper. The label reads "Tally Boutique", union label, dry clean only, has the paper tag in the seam still attached, and it's in excellent condition, outside feels like chiffon, fully lined in polyester. The bust measures 34 inches, waist 30 inches, and hip 38 inches. Shown on a dress form measuring B 33 1/2", W 21 1/2", H 34", it was clipped in back to fit. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
