1950s Shaheen Tropical Swing Dress

This is a gorgeous and rare 1950s Alfred Shaheen Swing Dress! It's a classic style that's fit and flare, with adjustable tie shoulder straps, piped waist, box pleat full skirt, and center metal back zipper. The fabric is plum and red with black lines, and cream flowers. It is labeled "Shaheen's of Honolulu, Made in Hawaii" and in excellent condition. Fabric feels like cotton. The Bust measures 38 inches, but because of the design it can accommodate a 40 inch bust too, 26 inch Waist, Hips full. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 36 inches, Waist 25 inches, Hips 36 inches. Shown with and without a crinoline, sold separately. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
