1960s Red Plaid Skirt & Vest Set

This is a late 1960s early 1970s two piece set. The vest has bust darts and buttons down the front, and the skirt is high waisted with a front pleat and center back nylon zipper. The fabric is a classic red, black, and yellow plaid. The label reads "Sears JR Bazaar, 100% Polyester, machine washable, size 13" RN40383 for vest and RN19531 for skirt. It's in excellent condition. Vest measures 38 inch bust, 28 inch waist on skirt, 42 inch hip, and 27 1/2 inch length. Shown on a dress form measuring Bust 36 inches, Waist 25 inches, Hip 36 inches. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. All items are measured flat the same way we measure our reproduction items. The maximum measurement is listed. Most vintage fabrics do no have stretch, so please take into consideration when looking at size.
