This dress reminds me of a classic 1950s Dress but with even more elegance! It features a gathered V-neck front, wide waistband, full skirt, covered back zipper and POCKETS! The fabric is navy with dusty rose colored roses throughout. Our model Julie Ann's measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5' 6" and is wearing an S. It's made of a thicker 97% poly and 3% spandex blend. Dry clean only. Made in the USA. Note: Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness but doesn't come with one.
