80s does 1940s Floral Dress

Here's a swingy 1940s inspired dress perfect for those hot summer nights! It features a cross over empire waist bust with a rosette center, short sleeves with shoulder pads, A-line skirt and center back zipper. The fabric is blue with large blue and white flowers throughout. It's in good vintage condition, armpit discoloration, and fabric wear on the bottom front, hardly noticeable because of the print. Label reads "Joni Blair of California, 100% rayon". The Bust measures 36 in, Waist 32 in, Hips 36 in. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
