1960s Sheer Polka Dot Dress

This 1960s Sheer Polka Dot Dress has so many pretty details. The fabric is black with black and blue velvet polka dots throughout. It's trimmed with a sheer tulle ruffle at the collar, cuffs, and hem. It has a sheer illusion bustline and sheer sleeves with a center metal zipper down the back. It's in very good vintage condition, armpit repair and hole on the right. The Bust measures 42in and 36in Waist, 39in Hips. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
