Look put together with this lace up vest! This is from the1970s and it's a rich black velvet sleeveless vest, layer it over a puffy blouse, T shirt, or wear on its own for a sexy look. It's in excellent condition, with original silver buttons down the front. Bust 38 inches, Waist 32 inches, Length 18 inches. The labels reads, "Nancy Atlass, 100% rayon, 13/14, RN19442, dry clean only". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Blouse and skirt sold separately. Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have, as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned. Most vintage fabrics do not have stretch, so please take that into consideration when looking at size.
