Vintage 1960s Green & Blue Velvet Hat

Here's a vintage hat to put a spring in your step! It's made of bright green velvet with green and blue feathers and tan leaves underneath green netting, and a rounded brim all the way around, and green bow at the back. This hat is in excellent condition, makeup discoloration around the inside, not noticeable from the outside. Measures about 21.5 inches around the inside, labeled "Exclusive Jean Arlett". This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
