This is the perfect little black velvet hat from the 1960s. It has black rope trim around the top and the loop top. It is in excellent condition, measures about 22 inches around the inside, labeled "Berger's Buffalo". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary). Flaws will be noted, but please ask any questions you may have as this is a FINAL SALE garment and cannot be returned.
